Trauma Therapy Services for Truth in Transitions

Something about me

My life experiences have brought me to this place and to you. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.  I receive daily inspiration amongst the bravest humans I know — those who are seeking healing, wholeness and lives lived in total alignment with their highest truths; those who walk in bravery and unfamiliar landscapes.  I gratefully journey right alongside them, holding a deep belief in the power of the human spirit to heal; to  rise from pain and to empower and inspire the collective to do the same. I humbly bow to the inherent dignity and worth of all beings and offer my presence, my energy and my support for the work. Let us begin.

My education and training:

I hold a BA in Social Sciences from Washington State University (2001) and a Master of  Social Work degree from Boise State University (2019). I am licensed as an Independent Clinical Social Worker in the states of Washington, Idaho and Montana. I have been in the trauma field for 8 years and I hold certifications in several leading trauma modalities including EMDR , Progressive Counting, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, and Polyvagal somatic experiencing. I am a Breathwork facilitator and I use mindfulness, guided meditations, guided visualizations and intention-setting throughout my clinical work. My approach is  strengths-based, whole-person, holistic and integrative. My belief is that patients are the experts in their own lives and my role is to be a mirror for them as they begin to do the brave work to heal and come back home to themselves.

My passion

In my free time I enjoy:

Spending quality time with the humans I love; reading; traveling; practicing yoga; dancing; listening to all kinds of music; cooking and baking; meditating; beautifying spaces; spending time in nature; farmer’s market trips; long walks to nowhere in particular; learning new things;  smiling at strangers; and lots and lots and lots of deep laughter.
