Therapeutic intensives are designed to compress weeks, months and years of traditional therapy into just a few days. This intensive format utilizes many trauma modalities within its framework; to include EMDR/Progressive Counting, breathwork, polyvagal somatic work, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness and guided visualization and meditation, among others. Intensitves are for patients who are highly motivated and have busy lives, often finding themselves having plateaued in traditional therapy. These patients are looking for an immersive, focused and transformational experience resembling a therapeutic retreat with protected and dedicated space for their accelerated healing. Patients will be guided in a 1:1, highly specialized and tailored healing experience, designed to meet them right where they are and support them as they have breakthroughs and healings enabling them to feel centered, whole, grounded and once again inspired. They will remember who they are and come home to themselves once again.
These therapeutic intensives are for patients who are not lacking in either motivation for change or personal discipline practices. These patients have already been engaged in and committed to months or maybe years of traditional therapies and yet they are still feeling stuck. These patients are often those also suffering existential or moral injury from burnout, compassion fatigue, disillusionment, lack of community support and/or lack of hope in accessing true and lasting healing for themselves. These patients are often those in caregiving roles like healthcare professionals, educatiors, parents or elder caregivers and first responders, among others.
What is the time commitment?
The average length of the intensive will be 2 days, with some patients wanting and needing more. The intensives will begin at 8 am and end at 2:30pm each day.
What will be involved?
Intensives will begin with guided breathwork, followed by guided visualization and conscious intention-setting for the day. There will then be trauma focused healing modalities employed and uninterrupted time for processing unresolved disturbances in a safe and supportive setting. There will be several small breaks between processing sessions; some gentle mindful walking and time outside, and constant resetting of the nervous system.
What is the price?
$2,400/ 2-day intensives and $3,400/3-day intensives

6. Start noticing your dreams and journal those too.
7. Hydrate. Hydrate. Hydrate. The body's organs need water.
8. Tell your closest family members and friends that you are embarking on a healing journey and could use their support as you begin to adopt these practices. Maybe even ask them to join you so it feels a bit easier.
9. Download the Insight timer app or Calm app and begin following guided meditations morning and evening -- getting quiet and going inward.

What should I expect for aftercare?
Once you and Nicole have worked together in this immersive experience, you will have identified and removed the triggering patterns in your life that are no longer supportive to your growth goals. You will then plan to work with Nicole for one or two more hour-long sessions to check back in and see how you are feeling -- the first follow up will be one week after the intensive and the next follow up will be approximately 6 months. This will enhance your integration process and be a guiding tool for you, should anything come up after the intensive is over. You will also take pre and post integrative assessments to track your progress.
Breathwork sessions offered within intensive services are facilitated by an independent certified breathwork instructor who is a family member of the practice owner. These services are non-clinical, provided separately from psychotherapy, and participation is voluntary.
